You are so right on ,Katis76(???).I was there In Dec.2007,after 26 yrs. in the U.S.I want to go back there again on Dec.09.,but the things I've seen on cops,is that they make the traffic worst than it is from Iba,Olongapo,Metro Manila,Pampanga,Tarlac to Bagiuo,exept the Mansion,P.M.A. and Clark.And why people pass on the shoulder of the roads and they pass you while ur passing somebody? THAT'S PINAS MAN!!!
