@itsCONTROVERSY the math work of calculating the new pixel and its new position and "Group of Pictures (GOP)" triagulation is done by your processor. If you have a slower processor it will take longer.

Thanks for the comments. For the record, my dry humor does not always come across as such. The PC comment was there b/c in TJ's vid someone asked how to do 'compress for web' in windows movie maker. All you MS freaks can use Quicktime for windows to use these instructions (free download: appledotcom)
