No, the Playbook is not the right choice. I have one and it is a big waste of money. No Skype, no Netflix, no hulu and get this no email. The Playbook is dead, buy an Android tablet or an IPad. The Blackberry people told us that we would have email by now, that was last year and still no email. Angry Birds for the Playbook is $5.00 . Angry Birds for my Android or IPad is $1.00. Which would you buy?
@Tom2736 I think you are right. There was a promise of android app support that never happened. As a netflix user I also found it very disappointing to not have any streaming options. Then again I am not sure the iPad 2 is much better. The lack of any kind of flash support for web browsing is also debilitating. I can't use most e-commerce sites or check out automotive sites on the iPad. The flip side is you can make up for most of those with apps on the iPad.
