This is awesome! I just had a nest hatch in my yard. It was so beautiful to see dozens of them spread across several feet of web. I will end up having to relocate them but I think I will leave them gain their strength for now.

Very few people are ever bitten by Black Widows...and less than 1% of people bitten by them actually die. They can normally only kill you if you have a pre-existing heart condition, or something. They are also completely unaggressive, they mind their own business and they don't even live long. It would be very silly of you to kill one for being "dangerous." They aren't.
