I think its GoFlights throttle but I could be completely wrong. If it though, it's not cheap and will probably cost $400.

I'm flying with IVAO and the costs for the cockpit are round about 7000 euros or 9500 dollars until now.

It's a used CRT display and I got it on ebay for 80 Euros.

You need the Project Magenta software. It's a special and not quiet cheap software for home cockpit builders.
Another alternative to project magenta is the PMDG 737. You can click on the different displays and undock them and position them anywhere you want on the screen.
