I really like all of her videos. They allow people who exercise (or haven't) to begin to do simple yoga without feeling too pressured about all the rules and specific breathing, other than in/out.
This allows us all to begin a practice and then explore more. Most importantly, she's just a very soothing teacher who simplifies things for the REAL person. Thanks.
Generally, your body ain't used to that sort of flexibility at first, and this goes for any exercise. Just go as far as you can without straining and you will find your flexibility increasing.
thatnks for these videos there great i train in martial arts and i work in a warehouse so im a very avctive person most of my troubles is right in left side of lower back left pelvic area always there i got one of the guyds from traing to ceck me out he said my hips a re a little out the left leg i shoter than my right alot of tenson in my left side keep up these vids they really help

I tried the Cobra and I can't get upstraight as much as you, does this happen through repetition? how do I get my core to be more flexable.
