I install the FOXCONN 865PE7MC-S motherboard in the HP Pavilion a206x computer, then after i make sure everything is hooked up right nothing comes on when i press the power button. I unhooked everything from the motherboard to test the power supply, then the fan blows a little bit of air like it is weak. I think it is the power supply that is not working good because it blows a weak air and it has no sound.

if the mobo light comes on but nothing else does could it still be the power supply ?

Hello, when I turn on my pc the power button turns blue but the pc just makes one loud sound. Nothing comes up on the screen. Then maybe after 100times of turning it on and off the pc starts normally and it don't make a loud sound why???D:

@mikk4345 I'm so sorry that it's taken so long for me to respond. If you hear a loud *beep* when your computer firsts powers up then it's, typically, a memory problem. Open the case and make sure that the memory chips (just Google "RAM" to see what it looks like) are seated and secure. If that isn't the problem, then you may have bad memory. If you have more than one chip, take one out (make sure it's from the DIMM1 slot and not DIMM0) and see if that solves the issues. It may need replacing.
