Ok, I wasn't sure whose idea it was...but they would also protect the USA from an enemy such as Russia or Iran too. And yes...Obama is a total naive fool in more ways than his idiotic foreign policy.

sorry, but in fact it was Americans idea to place the shield in our country. Lucky for you guys we even agreed for that dangerous stuff on our soil. Btw.. Obama is totally naive fool. Russians would bypass economical sanctions for I"ran, and do underground trades anywayz, especially when theirs economy slowing down.
