Each time you spray him with it, he gets stunned for awhile. THEN beat the shit out of him with whatever weapon you have. I found this little trick by luck... Just sayin'. A tip for a few people that play this. When he stands up and starts spinning around and then gets dizzy, jump kick him and he will fall down again. Just repeat this process and it will make it faster for you. :)

Best way to kill him: Go to the liqour store two stores away from Kid's choice clothing. Drinking a few bottles of alcohol until you throw up. Make sure you throw up by Slappy and he can slip over your vomit. When he is downed, ATTACK!!

Heres another way, as you enter the palisades mall from atlantica, there is an escalator just in front of you, if you go up and hit a right it will take you to a gun store grab a few guns the sniper being a must, then when he's chasing you, just climb onto the middle part of the water slide in the middle of the area and snipe him, he can still get you occasionally with his fireballs but he should be no problem.

Here's a much more simpler solution: get two of the snipers from the gun store before the fight, go straight to the back of the kiddie store and stay behind the baby crib and then just unload your snipers on slappy when he stops to shoot you. Hope it helps :D

1 of 2 ways dude ok down the escalator to the left there is a maintence room go get some food and ranged weapons or stuff that you can throw at him then when your ready he'll come at you go around him jump off the edge of the rail (NO DAMAGE TAKEN) his lazy butt cant fit through the first door so from there you can just get him around the corner :) hope i helped
