with the sync, you have to to demux the sound to uncompressed wav and then encode and mux with no offset at constant bitrate, not variable bitrate. hope that helps

It's a reference to Dan Forden of Mortal Kombat fame. When certain conditions were met a still picture of him would pop out and you'd hear "Toasty!". This would also occur when (I believe it was) Scorpion did some Fatality move that involved engulfing the opposing player in flames. I don't remember the picture popping out then, but I do remember "Toasty!" being said. I could be wrong, though. That was over 15 years ago. :P
