@NRAman123 CAR15? Those were around in Vietnam - like... '93 i think? CAR15 was pretty much a 'prototype' for the M4, so i dont think they would still be using them, especially not a SWAT officer.

@fitbmxseries1 M16A2 is still being made by FN of Belgium for the U.S. military. The Marine Corps still use the M16A2 with tri-burst and semi-auto modes. And also Bushmaster and Colt still manufacture M16s. There are two variants of M4s: The M4 with S-1-3 trigger group and the M4A1 has the S-1-F trigger group.

Thats a CAR-15. M4 has a detachable carrying handle , Picatiny rail system to attach optics, and select fire switch of SEMI and BURST (3-Round). This specimen sounds like it was on AUTO (full automatic).
@AR15fan The mil-spec M4A1 has full auto capabilities and the "M4" has a burst fire selector switch. It's a good observation although you can never properly identify AR rifles with all the after markets parts these days. Every YouTube video should have ATF paperwork on the description and we wouldn't have misidentification's.
@IMFDB You're right about the M4A1. Still though look at barrel of the rifle in this video forward of the front sight. It doesn't look like an M4. The Rear Sight Aperture is reminiscent of the M16A1. The M4 is a shorter version of the M16A2.
@skintrade That sound is the ecco of the shots off the concrete walls and it is not the recoil spring and if it was there is no way I would be close to that thing when it was firing.

@csmybuttt maybe you don't get me. no one sells the AR-15 here because it is not registered in our countries stock pile. 1994 you say? well that explains why the gun is not mint fresh anymore. the bulk or our m4s sometimes come from local steel mills or companies like norinco or armscore. our new m4s are bought at the foreign military package from the US. our gun dealers buy it from camp crame and they sell it to law enforcement and civilians. regaurdless on how old it looks its still an m4.
You can't juice up rounds or add extra powder without expensive reloading equipment and the know how. Seen recoil is from improper hold and stance. Also, Armor Piercing rounds do not have more recoil. They are a 62g bullet, same weight as military Ball M855 ammo. Regardless, M4A1 in full auto is fun as hell to shoot.
