Hi, Great work! I've never used sketchup but I'm very familiar with AutoCad 3D would you say Sketch up makes the experience better, faster, and more efficient that CAD 3D or is it not as in depth?

@HenrydeBeli more efficient and faster? yes... but not better, why? because with autocad 3d is more realistic, more if you use 3d max to rendering; for example i use autocad to modeling and 3dmax to add materials and rendering and it is more realistic. @yosoymemo try altering the visual styles and add some context, then export the animation to a higher resolution or you can even try download the podium renderer and change the field of view to add even more depth, plus you can choose to render the animation and run a slide show . Model looks crisp though and your details are really worked out try those tips an tell me if they work.

@yosoymemo u'r right your work is improved a lot in terms of graphic but you know , there should definatelly be some context around what you build. even if the building is nice it looks that exists in nowhere. If you are bored to add the context then do some close ups of the building.

@yosoymemo Look I know it depends on each person, its workflow and how he presents things but I believe, architecture needs to show the impact on the existing context do not forget the client usally wants to see completly different things mainly concerning details about his property but a more contextwise presentation or concept would make the presentation more complete and perhaps more attractive. I study BA Architecture at Plymouth university in U.K.

I almost agree with mankee... but only because of the color scheme. The color of the home is a turn off. I do, however, think the concept and layout is very nice. I especially like the three individual decks out front, and the angled sliding doors coming out to the patio. Interesting concepts. And of course, to have all those windows in back overlooking the pool would be nice (if I built the home, I'd have it facing south to utilize the sun as an energy/heat source). Good work!
