wtf ? what does a driving car with half spinning wheels has to do with ABS?
if u wanna test ABS you should A. take a car and drive it B. approach a parking position, and pull the brakes (S on keyboard) if the car is pulling very stiff (leaves marks on road) means it has 0.0 out of 0.0000000% ABS !!!!
If you know how ABS works, you'd know that the system pulses the brakes to prevent or reduce wheel lock-up. If you get a high-speed camera and film a car with it's ABS in action, you'll likely see the wheels locking and releasing several times a second until the car comes to a stop. GTA, in my opinion, does a pretty good job of simulating that.
