@KoraqTheDiseased There are many police around the world who don’t use tasers and still carry out tasks, the taser is to be used only when a gun is to be used as a second last resort and not to make a police officers job easier by inflicting pain on others for the suspect to comply, that is mis use and abuse of the weapon and its intention.

That's the problem with the taser, it's use is almost trivial. A cop punching you when you passive-agressively resist an arrest would be unthinkable but tasering you is common though.

Parameters on taser use need to be strengthen there, like were I am from tasers are fitted with a camera to justify a officers use.

Taser use has come as an alternative to communcation and not as an alternative to using lethal force. Look at all the taser videos and count how many times it would have been warranted to pull your gun out and shoot. I haven't seen a video that matched that. It really harms the reputation of the police force.
