I'm a huge Dio/metal fan in general but generalizing thousands of priests based on the disgusting actions of a few is like saying all Muslims are terrorists. It's not true. I had the privilege of growing up in an Italian/Irish Catholic family and have learned a lot. I am an agnostic now but I've known many priests who wouldn't harm a fly.

As a child growing up in a pretty bad neighbourhood my parish priest often kept my friends and I out of harms way telling us to help out around the church, or not do drugs. He would often give us candy or talk to us about the things in life. And he never abused any of us in any way. It's best not to generalize an entire group of people based on the actions of a few. If you were not an idiotic 13 year old you would know that.
