Agreed. It doesnt bother me a hole lot though when people say stuff like that. Half the people that are saying that, are not even in a martial art or take care of themself. People make out like Seagal is obese or something. He did put on weight, but he is not HUGE by any means, and is still very entertaining to watch when he makes a good movie :D :D
Actually if you watch Urban Justice he does do some high kicks and they are actually him.. I know I was surprised to. Seagal might have gained weight, but for Aikido alot of Masters are a bit heavier.... That is a martial art that does not consist of fancy high kicks... If you ask me I think Seagal would still be as good as in his skinny days. I wouldnt want to test him thats for sure lol.
Thanks for your nice comment. In fact, its not practical to use high nice kicks in real fight. Anyway, do we even have a chance to use one? Yes, i agree that most top Aikido masters have bellies. They ain't fat but just that heavy? Ki principles? People criticized that they are bunch of lazy fools who give excuses for not doing sit-ups. I do not accept such criticisms. What you think?
steven seagal is so fat he can't even kick above the belt. in real life seagal can't fight the same way u see him fight in movies. at least chuck norris is in better shape than he is.

Maybe it's because I'm getting up there myself now, but I really enjoy seeing the older, fatter Seagal kicking ass!
