@RyansworId What we don't see is the nails,ball bearings,or other sharp pieces of metal incorporated into her bomb in order to spray shrapnel into a police officer or even a paramedic trying to treat her wounds. She must have sensed life slipping away too, quickly so she detonated while she still could. This is a very serious threat to any first responder trying to give aid during a terrorist attack.
