Stephen has a wealth of knowledge regarding success and happiness. It occurred to me that self-esteem is a cumulative account of my vote for or against myself. Self-worth is something that never changes. It is what it is. Your 'worth' is priceless. We are amazing beings. Our 'votes' need to be cast in favor of ourselves. Through this video, Stephen has again reminded me vote 'YES' for me (and others; but that's a whole different subject).

I would have to add that how you see yourself is not as important, as

what you KNOW about yourself.

I think this drives everything. and so you have to imporve this to feel better.
