toney might be the 3rd or 4rth best pg in this draft behind tyreke jennings and curry. cause this guy is crazy fast, could finish well in transition, has a great floater, and a game changer on defense. all he really needs to work on is his passing game and learn how to not pick up the ball early cause he gets in trouble in stretches when i watch him. he could be like a chris paul under dantoni guiding him
