"Sugar" was played by Michelle Damon, who also originated the role of Dementia. In one match, Sugar's face was burned by Spike's torch and she wore a mask for the rest of the season, I think that angle was because too many fans recognized her as Dementia.

@SellawEvets I remember that! Then they brought in another Dementia. Then there was The Widow character and the gimmick was she was a split personality and they hinted that she blacked out and turned into the dementia. I like the first Dementia better.
