No. It was built between 1994 and 2000. I am an ex Halton apprentice and a life member of the Halton Flying Club.The aircraft was hangared there but the apprentice scheme had finished by then. My aircraft is 7/8 scale. No full size replicas have ever been constructed at Halton. The authentic machine in the RAF Museum may have been worked on at The RAF Technical College Henlow but not in the time frame you mentioned; the college was closed years before.
