@dlwp25 You cant make it without the required equipment. But you may be able to make the Russian version fairly easily. Study the technology on swallowcommand website. Google the RUSSIAN SES, look at their paper and set up. Morningstar group in the USA also has a successful SEG, which they presented at COFE IV in Washington, DC a year ago.

@dlwp25 The smallest SEG to go inside an IGV is about 18-24 inches in diameter. Don't forget the SEG is the thing that flies. The IGV is just a disc-housing and flight-frame.

Variation VI, is 3 meters on each side, but it is a little flimsy, with just a 60-Watt power supply, better performance on the nine-footer with about a 90 to 100 Watt power supply. 100 Joules is a little dangerous, though! The force of ion wind is too small to cause movement, let alone levitation, as shown by US army. Nowadays we use a 124-gram piezoelectric powersupply with a 150-gram Lithium Polymer 3-cell pack to power these models. When adjusted spark-gapwise for more-ion wind, curiously they fail to lift, and use more current and wattage, but when spark-gap is raised to optimum level, the ion wind is conspicuously absent, the models are quiet, and the force is much more, whilst current and overall power consumption is much less. The audio-video reciever started malfunctioning intermittently, then finally failed a few years ago, and the TV failed eventually as well. Charge just leaks thru the speaker-wires by induction, and fries the solid-state-works. I no longer use my apartment for a laboratory! (I just use it to build, NOT to test).
They are called lithium-polymer batteries. They cost from 3-70 Dollars for the requisite 11.1-12-Volts @2000 mAh. Stanford university recently anoounced a breakthru with lithium-batteries and silicon-nano tubes. Now they can have ten-times the capacity (storage) of what is available now. A laptop will run for 40-hours instead of 4, and electri-ccar will go *2500-miles* instead of 250-between charges.
Are those batteries powerful enough to lift one of these things or not? You said these work on 30,000v at 2 milli-amps, or 60 watts. I still don't quite understand the electric whatevers that much, but no battery that Iv'e tried works. And plugging it in don't either. Get a book on basic electronics. That will help you immensely with the theory. Input to power-supply is nominal 12-Volts DC @ 2 Amperes (2000 milliAmperes), out comes 25-50KV (depending on load and other factors at 1-2 milliAmperes. Review your algebraic-functions also. Not powerful, but high-capacity. That breakthru of high-capacity in lithim batteries with silicon nanotubes has been made recently at Stanford university.. Take wahtever capacity is now, and multply by factor of 10. Laptops now last 4-hrs per charge, in a few years it will be 40-hrs per charge. Start with a base calculation of .87 Watts/gram.
Convert to kilograms, and calculate on the starting-basis of .87-Watts/gram of ship and payload. You get even higer efficiency with use of SOLID dilectrics with high-mass, and high K-factor, and even more when you SPIN the capacitors at speed (V).

That 4-foot square device ate up 90-Watts just for that weak-performance (30kV @3mAh). But Beamship uses lessthan 60-Watts for a larger, heavier device, and is hi-performance; no inertia.
If you ask me, this machine should be enlargened, to about 10 feet across every which 2 dimentional way, and those pyramid shaped things with a triangle base instead of a square base would make for a great vehicle. just make a full rubber interior. Truly a wonderful sight for such a large Lifter to be demonstrated. If only I had access to a few tens of thousand more volts at the quick turn of a knob (with a big vacuum chamber besides...) just imagine the possibilities! Thanks for stepping up and presenting much needed clarification regarding T.T. Brown's Electrogravity on this all too often misunderstood topic.
This is flying with only 60-Watts. By comparison, Ionocraft thrust is markedly lower, and DeSeversky's Ionocraft was only a 4-foot square, but consumed 90 Watts (30,000Volts @3 MilliAmps). The Biefeld -Brown effect not only works in Vacuum, as tested, but is far more thrust for far less input power.
In the filmed configuration, it is a "free-flight" device, with no control. Beamship Variation V (the five-footer on Youtube) has been modified to accept pitch and roll control by electrically isolating the three one-foot corners, but I havent had any more time ore energy to work on BEAMSHIP ULTRA (full digital/proportional 4-channel PCM1024 Radio-control w/ onboard power-module.

Google the RUSSIAN SES, look at their paper and set up. Morningstar group in the USA also has a successful SEG, which they presented at COFE IV in Washington, DC a year ago.

@dlwp25 Yes. The Dream one main feature was the game HOPSCOTCH. 8 squares. If the instructions given in the dream are not followed precisely, it wont work. This is actually a unique way of moving air, and is very interesting. The wires vibrate and ionize air, pushing it downward as it does. Now, this isn't anti gravity or magnetic levitation; if you put it in a vacuum it wont work.

In the saucers, the forward electrodes do not vibrate, yet from a standing start, the horizontal force is tremendous. Wires "vibrating" do not provide any force or motion, if that were true, the upward movement-cycle of the wire should cancel out the downward movement cycle. Variation VI, is 3 meters on each side, but it is a little flimsy, with just a 60-Watt power supply, better performance on the nine-footer with about a 90 to 100 Watt power supply. 100 Joules is a little dangerous, though! Experiments have to be done in a lab, behind a radiation-shield. Variation III, the 2 meter model, flies fine on 50-60 Watts, and is weightless at just 47-Watts. Variation II is four feet diameter, and only requires 25-30 Watts to degravitate. Its been 8-years!

No, there is a faint downwash, but I show in my Beamship Variation II four footer VTOL videos, the wind is not enough to deflect a .1 gram, 1" styrofoam ball, when the slightes breeze of you walking slowly by the table knocks the styrofoam ball off the table, yet it feels like a helium baloon is o the end of the tethers when you pull down on them. THe force is not weak at all, and this is with less than 40-Watts, pulsed DC. That is what is so fascinating about these flying models!

Purdue university flew these in hard vacuum, as did the inventor TT Brown, and NASA, and you may view some of those successful vacuum test of the tech from 50-years ago to today, on YouTunbe. This works from high energy electrostatics, the saucer or foil being attracted to the copper tube, or anode-wire. Electrostatics works in vacuum, and Takaaki Musha showed at the 2007 AIAA meeting that the Biefeld-Brown effect is more efficient in hard vacuum, the harder the vacuum, the more efficient.

I does'nt "fly by blowing air". It flies by quantum electrodynamics and subquantum kinetics. In Subquantum Kinetics, a posive space charge induces a G-well, negative space charge induces a G-hill. The force of ion wind is too small to cause movement, let alone levitation, as shown by US army. Purdue University flew these in hard vacuum in 2000, no air to cause wind in vacuum, and I flew heavy saucers since the 1990s same technique. Force is exponential with increasing Voltage, no inertia.

Nowadays we use a 124-gram piezoelectric powersupply with a 150-gram Lithium Polymer 3-cell pack to power these models. When adjusted spark-gapwise for more-ion wind, curiously they fail to lift, and use more current and wattage, but when spark-gap is raised to optimum level, the ion wind is conspicuously absent, the models are quiet, and the force is much more, whilst current and overall power consumption is much less. I published my findings over 7-years ago, and my data.

The audio-video reciever started malfunctioning intermittently, then finally failed a few years ago, and the TV failed eventually as well. They are called lithium-polymer batteries. They cost from 3-70 Dollars for the requisite 11.1-12-Volts @2000 mAh. Stanford university recently anoounced a breakthru with lithium-batteries and silicon-nano tubes. Now they can have ten-times the capacity (storage) of what is available now. A laptop will run for 40-hours instead of 4, and electri-ccar will go *2500-miles* instead of 250-between charges.

I still don't quite understand the electric whatevers that much, but no battery that Iv'e tried works. And plugging it in don't either. Not even with a controller with a thing that can go from 0v to 120v. It just explodes(sparks and short circuits, incinerating the wire).

Get a book on basic electronics. That will help you immensely with the theory. Input to power-supply is nominal 12-Volts DC @ 2 Amperes (2000 milliAmperes), out comes 25-50KV (depending on load and other factors at 1-2 milliAmperes. Review your algebraic-functions also. Have you created any PORTABLE batteries, or have anyone created portable batteries powerful enough to lift one of these or not? How much do they cost? I'm thinking about making the hoverboard from those movies. I know they have them that can float using ther techniques, but wn't sell because the danger, but I still wanna make one.

Yes, you may make a hoverboard; just copy the plans for Tom Kennedy's ELECTRIC ROCKET, wich is a TT Brown Design. Its a capacitor-stack, with solid, dielectrics. Google: ELECTRIC ROCKET, or ELECTRIC ROCKET PLANS.

What common thing around the house could make theese work? I plugged it in normally and it exploded all 3 times that I've did it. The wires kept exploding in the first and second time. The 3rd time, I made the wires thicker, but it still exploded. I wonder whaat I need to make it work.

Not powerful, but high-capacity. That breakthru of high-capacity in lithim batteries with silicon nanotubes has been made recently at Stanford university.. Take wahtever capacity is now, and multply by factor of 10. Laptops now last 4-hrs per charge, in a few years it will be 40-hrs per charge. Start with a base calculation of .87 Watts/gram.

Convert to kilograms, and calculate on the starting-basis of .87-Watts/gram of ship and payload. You get even higer efficiency with use of SOLID dilectrics with high-mass, and high K-factor, and even more when you SPIN the capacitors at speed (V).

My Friends, this is obviously way-better performance than an ionocraft. Theoretical-work and experiment has shown that there is an upper limit to ion-thrust in the air, and in vacuum with a reaction-mass. But there is NO LIMIT to the speed, or speed of acceleration in a Biefeld-Brown Flying Capacitor. Beamship Variation III weighs 42-grams, and LEAPS to the ceiling on less than 60-WATTS.

Besides that, Ion crafts actually work like a rocket. It's just the charged parcticles getting faster and faster and getting thrown out the back to create thrust. That's the ion craft from sattelites that we have already sent up. And the gas that they charge the parcticlles from is like neon or a heavier version, anyways. Thats what I think of as ion engines.

Yes you are correct. But obviosuly that is not what this is. You see in DeSeversky's Ionocraft B&W early 60s video how slowly it accelerates and moves, and the huge amount of airflow? That 4-foot square device ate up 90-Watts just for that weak-performance (30kV @3mAh). But Beamship uses lessthan 60-Watts for a larger, heavier device, and is hi-performance; no inertia.

If you ask me, this machine should be enlargened, to about 10 feet across every which 2 dimentional way, and those pyramid shaped things with a triangle base instead of a square base would make for a great vehicle. just make a full rubber interior. And try and make a very powerful battery with an ultracapacitor.

you got some great ideas. Remember, inside thev device is the safest place, just as in your car during a thunderstorm(but not a tornado). Charges stay on the OUTside of an enclosed metal-vessel. Simple electrodynamics.

I said a rubber interior so you don't accidently touch the tazer-like metal edges of it, or the wires. Seats also have metal springs, that's also a danger. In thunder storms the reason you won't get zapped is because the rubber tires, the circuit weekens, I think.

Just one thing, a hard vacuume is a vacuume even more, how should I say it, Vacuumier (LOL) than space. How is this possible? I thought space had no air or interferrence, unless you're talking of the exosphere everytime you bring up hard vacuume, which does have a very minute amount of air.

These things don't show up on RADAR cos they make a huge electromagnetic "black spot" several meters wide that nullifies the Earths magnetic field i.e compasses don't work near them, even days after they have landed.

A GAMMA HIGH-VOLTAGE RESEARCH current-limited powersupply we got off ebay for $350 in 1998 for force-fieldresearch. It has full-metering of current, and Voltage, and goes from zero-40kV, and 0-1.5milliAmps. Heavy-duty. 60-Watts total-power-output. About 60-Joules.

This is flying with only 60-Watts. By comparison, Ionocraft thrust is markedly lower, and DeSeversky's Ionocraft was only a 4-foot square, but consumed 90 Watts (30,000Volts @3 MilliAmps). The Biefeld -Brown effect not only works in Vacuum, as tested, but is far more thrust for far less input power.

In the filmed configuration, it is a "free-flight" device, with no control. Beamship Variation V (the five-footer on Youtube) has been modified to accept pitch and roll control by electrically isolating the three one-foot corners, but I havent had any more time ore energy to work on BEAMSHIP ULTRA (full digital/proportional 4-channel PCM1024 Radio-control w/ onboard power-module.
