I remember this MK registered as fairly sinister compared to all of the rest when I first saw Liu Kang getting his neck snapped. I just couldn't grasp why anyone would kill off the main character to their own series. (Until Deception came out.) Though, I mostly liked MK:DA the best because of the new ability to impale... that & because of how badass the new Reptile looked. Other then that, the only reason I'd say that MK:D is a bit better is because of the minigames & the Hara-Kiri's!
