I agree that in concert (and I had the amazing luck to have seen the 1984 World Tour in Atlanta, at the peack of Culture Club's popularity) George's voice showed wear and got "pitchy" (to borrow a term from American Idol -- sorry for that!)but that never seemed to diminish the power of the performance or the force of nature he was and still is, although I think smoking has taken its toll on his voice in a way that heavy touring & untrained vocalizing didn't. He'll always be a hero(ine) to me!

This video is a classic George look (one parrallel to the dreads and hat), but is so wonderful. This is one of my favourite songs to watch him sing. <3 You George with all my heart.

Wonderful song. It used to make me cry when I was younger. And I love that pink outfit he's wearing. I have a framed picture of George wearing that pink outfit, and when I was a teenager I had a folder I carried in school that also had him wearing that outfit. But this is the 1st time I've ever seen him perform wearing it. Thanks for making me happy bitchtroll69 . . . this is just as good as the victims video. This should be kept on youtube forever.
