  • Ok, now I'm really convinced I have this. I have to admit that I have a gut and puffy face but even when I was lean I had breasts and they were embarrassingly visible in my Senior Class photos. Very unproportional. I thought Gynacomastia was only when your nipples were puffy at first.

  • is the person a sleep or awake

  • Im in the fucked up part of youtube again.

  • @123456789productions so get the fuck out of it fuck face

  • HIS NIPPLE GOD DAMN IT

  • @RaftehFTW It's part of the disorder

  • Will I die if I perform this on myself without any anesthesia

  • OMFG THIS IS GIVING NIGHTMARES!

  • Fuck that shit I rather go to the gym that looks nasty...

  • @TheIndudey360 going to the gym won't make that go away. that tissue was part of his body. even getting down to skin and bones he'd still have large breasts because of that tissue.

  • im gonna have my surgery tomorrow, luckily i wont feel or see anything... thats looks kinda brutal to mee :D i am pretty excited though

  • Dr. Caridi I see that you removed the gland and fibro-fatty tissue through excision. Did you use any lipo suction on this patient? Also, before you started to pull the gland through the opening around the areola (you noted pull through technique) what did you do to separate that component? If you didnt use any Lipo was it due to the fact that you needed to remove harder tissue only rather then a fattier more pseudo gyno like type of tissue?

I appreciate all and any comments.

  • what do they do with that after wards? i hope they dont feed it to the dogs hahah

  • what the fuck! im going to be sick!

  • What is that torch thing the doctor's using?

  • I'm going to Texas

  • How was that tissue removed from whatever it is attached to under the skin? Curious how surgery would vary for someone who doesn't have gyno or puffy nipples but male breast tissue. Just lyposuction to revmove the fat then possibly another procedure to remove loose breast tissue?

  • I have watched this video like 10 times. I would love to have this clinic perform my surgery. Question.....would you film my surgery??

  • haha he has a little rake 0:50

  • It's important to remember that most males will develop some fullness beneath their areolas during the time of puberty. In most cases this will go away with time (a year or two at most). If it doesn't, you would be a candidate for removal of the actual breast tissue. At age 19, it's unlikely that this will just "go away". If you are all stressed out about it as well, it's time to consider treatment.

  • geez kinda hard to watch video but I'm glad I could find this. My problem is "puffy nipples" if that what is called , the chest does no annoy me that much , and if anything cold touches those nipples it goes back to normal , but otherwise is "puffy" . I am 19 y old now , will that go away or do I need a surgery like this?? please awnser somebody

  • @GoznerPeter

  • Wow so all of that mass is actual breast tissue? Does it just sit on top of the pectoral muscles or is it attached? What are the recovery times associated with this surgery?

  • The actual breast tissue is located beneath the nipple-areola complex and above the pectoral muscle. The amount of this tissue is quite variable among men with gynecomastia, from very small amounts that make for localized "puffy nipples" to larger amounts that make the chest appear more rounded like a breast.

Recovery time is relatively short--a week or so with soreness. Drains, if used, are removed in about four days on average.

  • @wlplasticsurgery Recovery time from gynecomastia procedures are really not that big of a deal. It is what it is, and it won't stop you from doing what you normally do other than avoiding chest exercise for about 10 days or so.

  • Wow. Interesting. But OMG so gross LOL

I am five days post op. Thank god I was out under general anesthesia.

  • Any recommendations to carry this out. I saw a few ideas at plasticsurgerymadeeasy (.) com

  • @futuristicidea87 Experience matters. Do your research on plastic surgeons in your area and make sure they are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. You can also send us some photos and I can tell you what I think. If you’re not from Austin, TX, it’s a great city to visit/explore/enjoy while you’re here for a procedure!

  • i have a little fat in my armpit. is this corrected during surgery?

  • @FTownKings It can be corrected during gynecomastia surgery, usually with liposuction. Those details are addressed more in-depth at your first consultation.

  • The only thing I didn't like about this particular video is that in the lesft pec, you can see noticeable depression. Think you can tell me if this is permanent? I have seen other cases and it doesn't look like this.

  • @PeteBeast Becasue the skin contours to the underlying ribs and pectoral muscle, the results may look a bit sunken or irregular at first. Over time, the contour becomes much more natural and symmetrical.

  • @tahmid4777 It has been my experience that the vast majority of patients will require tissue removal and liposuction. When only liposuction is performed, I believe that there will be a much higher incidence of patients who believe enough wasn't removed or that their gynecomastia has recurred. Surgeon judgment and patient expectations are important considerations when determining the exact method of treatment.

  • @tahmid4777 The cost of surgery differs for each patient depending on the complexity of the surgery and how much tissue is to be removed. I offer all of my patients an exact quote for the surgery after I see them at their first consultation. You can also look up average costs online to get a general idea. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons' website is a great resource for that type of information.

  • Is it really okay to just take a whole bunch of tissue out like that? Is the muscle just sitting underneath the stuff they just took out?

  • @hellfirdragon17 i was thinking that, i'm guessing its ok, most of that shit is just unneccessary fat i'm guessing

  • @hellfirdragon17 It's ok to remove the breast tissue, as that's the cause of the problem. And yes, the muscle sits below the breast tissue that is removed. If you would like some more information about Gynecomastia procedures, take a look at my article on my website.
