This game is really fun I bought it on am whim but it is no fun at all without 2 people, lucky for me since there is always someone willing to play, but its actually so hard with more then 2 because people are all over the place :P Its a laugh too though. I just wish we got to play the actual characters instead of just costumes :(

im 16 and i think this game is fun all thought i dont like the choice and range of disney movies. i think they shouldn't have included tron or the alice in wonderland remake over the first cartoon. i think fantasia would have been nice to see in this or even toy story, and i would rather play as the characters themselves instead of some blue faggot dressed as them.

I'm very, very disappointed in you, Disney.

A game with the concept of playing as all the Disney characters should be complete boss. But you instead lazily cut corners, by making it crappy costumes on useless cartoony midgets in a LEGO-ish environment. It might be hard, it might be a bit fun, but the teasing and laziness of it all will prevent me from enjoying it, and buying it.

So I must take it upon myself to get employed at DI and show you guys how it's really done:

Well, I have heard a few good things about the game, but to me, it still looks like they took the cheap, lazy way around what could've been the best game of all time and made it into something we're probably gonna be getting for ten bucks in a bin within about a year and a half or so.

I just think a game with all the Disney characters should be a game with all the Disney characters, not just some cartoon midgets dressing up in jumpsuits of them. (There isn't even any TS, so...)

Lego universe: invented for about a year ago, and announced the first November, that they will come to an end Janurary 31 2011

Disney universe: have nearly just came out since lego unvierse announced they would come to an end, and they have just replaced the "lego" with "disney". they have also copied the tema.

this is just a totally copy of lego universe, beacuse disney see that they will eran alot of money in this, since lego universe no more exist.

PRECIESLY! This is probably one of the biggest teases in the history of them! They need to have some kind of game where you could play as Woody, Stitch, Peter Pan, Mulan, etc, and fight against Disney villains. I was thinking a cross between LA Noire and Ultimate Alliance. Four-character teams, plus co-op, plus HUGE, open worlds based on Disney films. If done right, that game could be pretty boss!

Yeah, exactly. And a game called 'Disney Universe' should be awesome, but instead, it's laziness. I've actually been writing down some ideas, and there would be fully voiced cutscenes, online, an unlockable new quest, and even a cool feature where you could disband your team to tackle certain missions, each one displaying the minimum number of characters required. So you could have Jack Sparrow and Buzz do one mission, and Jack Skellington and TRON do another.

I've seen some reviews for this game. Seems like a waste and a tease, really. Especially a tease for me, because...Well, what would be better than playing as cartoon midgets dressed as Disney characters?...Actually playing as actual Disney characters! Why can't Disney just make a game like Ultimate Alliance, but with Woody, Stitch, Peter Pan, Jack Sparrow, Jack Skellington, Tarzan, Mulan, and all those guys. @IISCOOL67 : "Marvel Ultimate Alliance" was flawless, you could choose any character of that universe and play in parties of four. You would control one while the computer would automatically play with the other three. It´s better to play with the proper character of your choice instead of being a "follower".

Well, "online games" are for the socially needy anyway! For those who have a job, that´s enough social interaction for a day :P

You miss my point. My point wasn't about the multiplayer, it was about the concept. I was saying that Disney, given the number of fans they have, should make a game like "Disney Ultimate Alliance." A game where you played in groups of Disney characters, who progressed through levels and fought different Disney villains. Disney Universe seems like a tease in that sense because it seems they slacked off in every aspect of what I said earlier.
