CNN and other media must keep their focus on Mugabe and the political crisis in Zimbabwe. Too many other situations distract the world from doing what needs to be done..if there ever was an argument for regime change..maybe this would be it? Though weakened from hunger and hiv, Zimbabweans should be the ones to push Mugabe out,but its hard to fight for your rights when no one has got your back..if only they had some oil or something to interest us enough to do more for them! Zaber: How the hell you negotiate with ppl that have been asked to come up with a soltuion for the land reform and they spit in your face? The land reform program had been drafted but not put into action as they needd to negotiate with the white famers (ZFU). Obviously from history, no "white zimbabwean!wud agree on sharing or anything close to it!This is the truth, the white Zimbabweans were called upon to negotiate. I can believe that the "white Zimbabweans" who ran the farms could have sabotaged them when the government came and took the farms. From their prospective the government took what they put allot of work into building so they wouldn't let go easily. Yes land reform should have happened in Zimbabwe, but it should have been gradual, with consideration of the effort these people put into building their farms. A forced sale to the government of so much of their land one at a time.

Regarding the forex inflation and so forth its a more complicated issue. We have hoarding of bank notes in Zim, as well as banks fueling the black market with USD at exagerated rates, reason being govt rates not favourable. Its obvious>no production >no income>leading to no exports>which bring in a lot of forex.So its more complicated than a game of chess trying to squeeze out the little from practically NOTHIN.And the problem can ALSO be solved by investments which i doubt will come any sooner

No; taking over farms the way he did was a stupid thing to do regardless of whether the farmers had a right to the land or not. Those farms employed thousands of people who earnt money for their families- They no longer have jobs and no income. At the same time the farms stopped producing food; pushing up food prices for everyone. Mugabe broke the 'engine' of the Zimbabwean economy because he didn't like the colour of some of the parts. He has no one to blame but himself.

What I've been on about is, Mugabe ddnt cripple the ZIM economy! The "white" famers/foreigners with interests in ZIM are the ones to blame for th situation in Zimbabwe as they have sabotaged it,using so many ways which you yourself are even ashamed to talk about.
