how do you get the double arrows like that? is this the wii version?

Yes this is the wii version. The gameplay here doesn't show double arrows. To activate them you have to select Gimmicks 'on' under th options menu.

To unlock Osaka EVOLVED, you must play through Groove Arena Challenge Mode which means the objectives are going to be harder than the normal ones.
