i stayed there for 2 weeks it was an outstanding hotel, we even stayed at the Atlantis Palm, but considering i am only 14 i enjoyed the Atlantis Palm more, i liked the dolphins.

What are you smoking? This building literally means Arabic Sail. Burj means sail, in arabic. The name has historical significance, as Dubai has traditionally been a Sea trader's town, hence the connotation of SAIL.
