That's one heck of a tower you built. Do you have plans to put something bigger on it? It seems like it didn't really reach the take off speed. Will it go faster if you give it a spin by hand to get it started?
The "tower" was planned as an experimental platform for different test designs. That is why it does not seem to fit the turbine.
The wind speed during the video is far below 3m/s. It spins a lot faster when giving it a thrust by hand. Nevertheless this version has been badly balanced and crashed in a storm.
