  • partyyyyyyyy timeeeeee wooowwww

  • 4:39 hahahaha

  • Who's the idiot who posted this thing, cutting it right at the climax of the song? Almost ruined a great clip.

  • wow!! I watched this concert on my first X-mas night away from home. It took me back to my teen years. Thanks a lot!

  • I remember this watching live on TV

that was in Aug. or Sept. 1988.

we just got back from vaccation in spain

where we did see the boss live in barcelona!

it was my brother, our best friend philipp and me!

one year later Philipp died of cancer!

THIS IS FOR YOU MY BEST FRIEND PHILIPP. When they build you they broke the mold.....

  • Sting is good, Peter also good, but Bruce is simply AMAZING!!

  • when he played this in gothenurg i think it was 85 the croud got so wild and jumped so much that the stadium almost broke, 5 more minutes of this song and concrete poles would've "crashed"

  • Mare de Déu senyor...

  • really good!!!

  • this is la bamba with twist and shout lyrics:

only bruce could have done this.

  • Wow look at these crowd! IT`S BOSS-TIME!!!

  • I was wondering what you meant until about 3:10 in. Man they are pumped

  • This is the best version of Twist And Shout I've ever heard.

    The Boss is the Best.

  • amazing, it made me smile :D

  • It was here in Buenos Aires, Argentina!!!

    I was there!!! Amazing!!

The first concert of my life...

    Thank U all ...

All my love from Buenos Aires Argentina

  • where was this concert exactly?

  • This concert was in the River Plate Stadium, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the center of this city. Come and see it from yourself. I was there that day of the concert. It was great. Imagine, Peter Gabriel, Sting and this final act from Bruce. All praying for human right. Really amazing. Have a nice life. GK

  • I would come if it wasn't so far from my hometown

    I live in munich, germany

  • You are so far away. We can talk in this sistem! Incredible. You are there right now..

  • yeah

    do you have e-mail adress?

  • Bravo! Bravo!

  • Grande Bruce! Ese tour fue a Chile en 1990 (o 91?) cuando celebrábamos el regreso a la democracia... pero Bruce no era parte del tour en ese momento! Que bien nos habría venido! Era lo que necesitábamos!! Have you seen he performing Twist & Shout in Paris 85? It's incredible! But for me this is better because is en español... and of course the people get that this "Twist & shout" is mixed with La Bamba! Long life to the Boss!

  • The day after Lennon died Springsteen was in Philadelphia and he finished the concert with this song. I don;t think there was a dry eye in the house

  • wow! I didn't know that. I can not imagine a better tribute to J. Lennon in that moment... I now understand he was talking seriously when he call him self "a priest of R&R" (Twist and Shout, Paris, 85).

  • When the hell is someone going to put all the great Springsteen concert footage together into a real retrospective of this man's incredible performances??? I mean, is there anyone that EVER consistently put out this kind of energy night after night, year after year? the answer is no, and if you've never seen him live you don't know what you're missing.

  • Simply great!

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting this! Been looking a long time for it. Great concert.

  • You might be right. I removed Philadelphia.

  • This is not in Philadelphia, this is in Buenes Aires 1988. It is the last concert of The human rights now Tour. I am lookin for a copy of the whole concert for recent years. I like the perfomance of Jack Healy. (blue jeans jacket)
