  • WTF????? there s room for only one pidemic band, and this is not definetely it.This sucks, trying to sound like limp bizkit or shit of the kind Bring on the real thrashers,Epidemic, from the bay area, from mib 80´s till 90's....those era the true ones. These are posers and fakes FOAD!!!!!!!!

  • I don't like this and i hate you all!

  • @Dreq2014 u mad bro?

  • Just don't like how he inhales into the microphone

  • Madden 03 had the best soundtrack of any Madden ever

  • @cbizzlenizzle Hell yea man! Ok go and good charlette basically got huge because of Madden. A few other bands made some splashes too just because of the soundtrack. Omg good days!

  • i have two rare videos of this band on my channel

  • Madden 03......things were so much easier back then

  • this was one of my pump up songs from madden 03 I rocked the house when this song played!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i love this song!!!! its the best i will never for get it i know it from madden 2003 i love this!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This songs a good one!

  • What year is this song from? All I could find of them is that they disbanded in 1995.

  • gay

  • emola loss ricmos ke tienen perola letra demasiado repetitiva

  • man , what happened to this band ? i searched epidemic on wikipedia and it sh owed me an old punk band ....

  • R.I.P When rock was good

    1997-2006

  • Another throwaway act like all these other Seether like groups

  • @SatanicalEve so what.... thats seether times alot, tht good if u ask me

  • Damn I wish this band was still around.

  • this band was cool, but i see how they vanished. they were a forgettable act, nothing made them stand out. its nothing against them, they had some decent lyrics and a fine take on the OLD finger-eleven sound (not the new one cause finger eleven sucks now) with a dash of the OLD incubus sound (ditto...what i just said), and i am proud to have it in my collection, but it seems the lead singers new project "Noise Within" sounds more promising, I have the album burnt and it is quite good.

  • this song goes hard..im black but im in love wit rock music

  • @LilCity786 It's interesting that it's sometimes thought unnatural for rock to be favored by certain races - the drums and percussion used in rock/metal/etc were originally largely inspired by tribal percussion from various indigenous races (including "black" races). That's one reason why way back this kind of music was first thought of as "barbaric", in reference to the roots of percussion primarily coming from tribes around the world XD

  • @LilCity786 its ok music dosent have a race requirement

  • nice band to hear for the first time in 2011. it makes me remember the bands i used to love back in 2001/2002 (and i still do).

  • good music!

  • Noise Within is the name of the group which boris brouma, the former lead vocal of Epidemic, now sings for. you can search the discography of epidemic at cd universe and find out the names of all of the members. some went to form other bands..in this case, boris moved out to LA and started this new band with members from other bands. their website is the name of the band, sound a bit more hardcore but his voice and presence is unmistakeable.

  • Their whole debut Cd was an amazing contemplation of grungy tones, with edgy guitar riffs, great songwriting, and one of the best vocals in Rock. From what i understand, they had to change their name because another band had already claimed the name. Not sure of what they changed it to...if you do not have this Cd and you are a fan of Rock, you MUST find it. This Cd should be listed as one of the great debuts of our generation..no lie.

  • ♪ oh my, it's the first time i listen to this band.

    ♪ impression: <33333333333

  • Never heard of this band but I'm liking what i'm hearing

  • Madden 2003. Best madden soundtrack ever. This was my favorite song, and I also discovered Seether after playing that game. Some other good ones on there too, but this and Seether were the best.

  • @SonsCompassMusic I am glad I am not the only one, yes best EA Sports game soundtrack ever

  • @SonsCompassMusic Agreed. Both madden and nhl 2003 were the catalysts for getting me interested in Hard rock for the first time in my life. I grew up in the 80's, raised on classic rock, but wasn't interested in hard rock at all. Papa Roach's" She loves me not," Blindeside's "Pitiful," and Seether's "Fine Again" were all instrumental in my evolution into a rocker. In fact, i was listening to Seether's debut album while I was in Iraq in 2003, helped me through some tough times.

  • @southernmarine25 Agreed, 2002 was an awesome time for music. When this came out it was pretty much the only time in my life I was completely down with the music scene. See I had also been young when Britney Spears and Eminem came on the scene, and I hated that stufl. There were some okay bands back then, but anyway...The songs you listed were all favorites of mine. And I still miss the days when bands like this had videos run in rotation on MTV... then it all became about crappy rap music.

  • @thetrophyone Definitely. I had also grown tired of the music that I had been listening to as well. This kind of rock invigorated me..I grew hungry for it and it started a tidlewave that I am still riding today much to my wife's dismay. Now I've become in-tune with Rock and the new music teenie bop is just...mind-numbing. Even rap has digressed...but early 2k was a time we will all continue to reflect on.

  • @southernmarine25 Your comment was refreshing to read bc the early 00"s were great times and it's hard to forget about them considering how much this country's stability has been lost in the past decade. Just so much good stuff was going on...WWE's last great year was 2002, Maxim was great in 2002 (good editors left in 03), fashion was all about sporty looking clothes with bright colors and stripes(not looking like a thug), everyone finally had realistic 3D video games (PS2, Xbox, GC) and games

  • @southernmarine25 were still new and interesting. A lot of new good games were coming out then, now it seems almost everything has been done in a video game before. Also, everyone in the US was just so much more optimistic about the future. I think I miss that the most. But I know things will turn around and when they do hopefully hard work and touring pays off for new rock bands, instead of glittery Myspace pages making you f amous.

  • @southernmarine25 I like your comments. I respect your work for this country bro. I would like for to take a listen to my band, we're trying to bring grunge back to the scene. We have a song you might like. My band is called resz and the song is called War and Peace. We also have another song called Are you ready to Die which someone in the war right now sent us a message saying he listens to that song everytime he goes off to a mission! Thats just badass. I'd appriciate if you listened!

  • great song

  • great band, too bad they split.

  • i have two rare videos by this band

  • madden 2003.. poster song of that game.

  • @honchoryanc also the best madden game ever made lol

  • @MGSPhantom indeed

  • I wonder what ever happend to this band? they were pretty good.

  • thumbs up if you raped the replay button.

  • Is it true or not that the singer of this band is dead? I've heard so from someone, but that could be just a fat lie... :/

  • @RockstarFanSince92 ...boris is still alive and well in LA. He sings in the band Noisewithin now

  • @astrochicks1 thanks for the information correction :)

  • this is an underrated band

  • he kinda looks like the leed singer from disturbed

  • The lead singer is trying to look like David Draiman lol.

  • @MasterJediKyleKatarn

o rly a bald man is trying to look like an other bald man? thats awesome. srsly.

  • Comment removed

  • @TRoN1Ck Yeah, look at Draiman and look at this guy, same general look. Black clothes, shaved head and something covering the middle of his chin. Draiman has a 2 labret piercings hanging there sometimes this guy just has hair there.

  • @MasterJediKyleKatarn

they look just the same... i dont think hes trying to look like someone else... its deadly in the music biz.

  • @TRoN1Ck In any case it looks like this band is long gone. *shrug*

  • @MasterJediKyleKatarn

yea why would we need good music, we got new faggish emo reatrds from linkin park. must be happy with it.

i srsly need new newmetal music... waiting for new limp biztkit record, but i think they are shit now (heared some samples.. oh god :( )

  • @TRoN1Ck I wouldn't call limp bizkit new metal they are more rap metal than anything else. I also didn't know they were still around I thought they got the hint and took a hike. I stick to buckcherry and shit like that. Now if buckcherry would go back to making raunchy songs life would be complete.

  • a mix of trapt and taproot

  • its very good

  • really old song but still like it

  • It is aluminum. LIGHT metal. ;)

  • um all this arguing is dumb. i've had a few things to say in my day but all i want to do is listen to the awesome song. watch the kickass vid. and oogle the yummy guys. GOD!!!

  • where can I download this music?..it's good ;D

  • Damn people needa stop being so damn uptight on youtube.. This is supposed 2 b where everyone comes together from love outta music, and comment with eacother.. If You dont like someones shit, keep it 2 yaself, enough of tha talkin shit, it gets lame! RELAX

  • @adammann009 i agree

  • @adammann009 YOU CALM DOWN! XD

  • is this MIKE SMITH from evolver on guitar?=)

  • epic voice

  • that was the year it had epidemic and audiovent and seether!!!!

  • Madden 03 had the best soundtrack for any sports game I have ever played.

  • I can easily relate to this song.

  • @Superspy1922 No one cares really. Especially if you try to be all "Omg look at me." No one here needs to hear your story.

  • @Lostinsorrows4 Um, okay? Who told you to read my comment? I just posted it because that's how I felt about the song. And if you really didn't care, you wouldn't have even replied to me in the first place.

  • @Superspy1922 The last part about your message is kind of obvious, everyone starts making up that same line. Dude, I honestly don't give a crap about you or your feelings. I don't even know you.

  • @Lostinsorrows4 That's because it's the truth. When I don't care for a comment, I don't bother spending time on it.

  • @Superspy1922 Your arguement does not make sense, btw I'll show you right now much I care about your opinion right now.

  • @Lostinsorrows4 You just did by commenting back :P

  • @Lostinsorrows4 I would.

  • @Strafingx44 I'm sure you would, but you don't count. : /

  • Thumbs up if u liked this band before Madden 03

  • Temazo!!!

  • Temazo!!

  • The good old days

  • MUIIIITO BOM \o/

  • Best song in Madden 03!

  • I like it<3

  • Wow, this is great.

  • @iwsr21

    Positive

  • they kinda sound like breaking benjamin and they kick ass

  • THIS MUSIC IS AWESOME, FTW

  • i saw these guys in wichita falls, tx back when i was still in high school. they were great, wtf happened?!

  • @tehlolercaust i think the singer left and formed dry cell. but, im not possitive.

  • @BDean97 lol, no Boris Bouma has nothing to do with Dry Cell

  • @tehlolercaust haha they kinda sound a lil similar and all of dry cell's videos are in the suggestions. thats the reason I thought that... haha

  • great song ^^

  • Yeah Madden 03 had the sickest soundtrack ever

  • new noise within

  • Madden Memories

  • i bet they made all the riffs for a 60 minute album in 15 minutes of studio time

  • Found this on accident. Glad I did.

    This is awesome!

  • 2001 Bruce Bouillet (The Guitarist) formed the band “Epidemic” featuring members Tim Ganard, Jimmy McDaniels, & Boris Bouma (Lead Singer), signed to Elektra Records. Their self titled debut landed them on an opening slot for the U.S tour with Nickleback,& Jerry Cantrell,& multiple festivals along the bands P.O.D. Rob Zombie, Sevendust, ect. The first single “Walk Away” gained them a spot on the video game Madden03 soundtrack & solid rotation on MTV2. After a 2 year run Epidemic disbanded in 2003

  • madden 03!!!!!the best soundtrack on any game

  • @TheJayman369 For sure.

  • this song is awesome!

  • love this band so much

  • He looks like the lead singer from Disturbed. David Draiman, right?

  • @brucenatelee mhm when u look at the pic if u add it to your favourites...there are some similarities.

  • best madden sound track ever dont hate it, challenge that!

  • A buddy of mine first played me the song when I was in high school in 03, but to this day I've never seen one of their albums. Good song though.

I'm not really impressed with the video though. Good metal videos have a story, a purpose, or at least a point. This has none, sadly, and it should, given the quality of the song.

  • This is what music needs to sound like again. This man's voice is amazing. I love deathmetal and all the growley stuff, but nothing beats this.

  • I still play Madden 03 and when this song comes on, I stop what I'm doing and listen.

  • i dont really put music or songs into genres.....it goes into the "i dont like" pile and the "i like" pile

i love this song. cant find the album or download it anywhere...

  • Madden 2003!!! gotta love the good old days

  • CA DECHIRE !!!!!!

  • haha madden 2003 good memories and great soundtrack

  • my uncle gose to work with the drummer u guys r awsome ur gana be huge some day

  • Madden 03. Ah the good ol' days.

  • lol for sure, madden 2003

  • Oh man! Forgot about these guys! I remember seeing them at a concert once and thinking they were gonna be big! Too bad.

  • Loved this on madden03

  • Hey I went to my high school prom with the Drummer! Tim, you are awesome! Great music!

  • I thought the first five songs of this album were excellent. Definitely up there with a BB or a Seether.

  • This is the only song i listen to off the album

the rest didnt have the same or similar energy

  • Self titled

  • Saw these guys play in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 2002 with a little known band called Breaking Benjamin. There were literally about 30 people there. I don't know how Epidemic didn't get more respect, they were a damn good band.

  • I know why. It may be because people nowadays are into common mainstream R&B, so not many appreciate this kind of metal anymore. Rather sad really... I may be wrong, but it's just my perception.

  • Like I said, I may be wrong. Look we each have individual opinons. Insulting someone just cuz you don't agree with their statement, is pretty immature. I respect your opinion and am grateful you corrected my mistake. But honestly, you can't label music as though it is soup cans. Music appear different to different people. It sounded pretty metal to me, so I stuck with what I thought it was. I'm sorry if I offended you.

  • Dude forget that guy this is metal!

  • @Angelkillsdevils Campbell's CHUNKY!!

  • Campbell's DELICIOUS.

  • @Angelkillsdevils You apologize for someone attacking you? wow. Bet it's hard to lose an argument w you lol

  • @Intensitalian Haha I would say so. But I just dislike conflicts in general :) I'd like to get along with everyone if I could.

  • hey man how can i find more stuff by this band. i type in epidemic and cant nothing

  • Amazon

    iTunes

  • good song

  • i fell in love with the song about 2-3 years ago and its still a great song. i just think its a shame that we dont hear from Epidemic anymore...

  • Dude im lookin up the madden03 soundtrack and all the songs are killin especially this one

  • Not bad.

  • @GTkennethxD The Madden '03 was probably the best one on any of the games. It really showcased alot of good bands that noone had ever heard of.

  • hey guys nice music im about to make another mw2 sniper montage would i be able to use ur music if i ask people to watch ur vid clips?? thaks hit back asap please this song is the shit dude

  • just use it :) I'll watch

  • blah ok more roaring more feeling more more like disturbed or 30 seconds to mars etc,

  • the balled guy looks a tad like David Draiman from disturbed.

  • i noticed that too!

  • Comment removed

It's not bad, but there's just nothing making this song special.

  • anyone knows where i can get their album

  • this is an awesome song.

ive given this link to 20 + people in the last 2 days and theyve all loved it rockers heavy rockers people who like rap ...soothing, classical .....everyone of those 20 loved it lol

there are a lot of bands splitting up before thier absolute prime...i havent seen an album or anything from these guys.

  • Their album is called Resonance - but its hell to get hold of :)

  • Unless you happened to buy it when it was new back in the day, and it is now gathering dust in your cd collection. But seriously, now that I'm hearing the songs again I think I'm gonna hunt my copy down...

  • Madden 03!!

  • Yep, lol. It's hard to believe that it's been that long.

  • best game soundtrack ever???@guitarbyous
