When we went the we didn't see the yeti, like we saw him go on the screen, or whatever when he pulled the track out, but we didn't see the anamatronic one at the end....
It is not slow!Once you drop you hit some SPEED!The drop is 80 feet. I just rode it in April and I screamed after the first little dip!I was scared waiting in line. The little boy behind me who was only 7 was balling his eyes out he did not want to ride it. Me,my mom, and grandpa sat towards the back and I screamed the whole way threw. You can't see anything it is so dark. Last summer was my first time riding it and I closed my eyes the whole way.
It's really not boring at all. This video skipped the whole backwards part, I don't know how they do it but you get the feeling like you're going upside down even though you're not.
Do you know how much the Disney people put into this ride? They traveled to The Himalayas just so people like you could enjoy it. I mean of course the line's going to be long. Probably because not everyone feels the same way and the like the ride.
Last time I was there,I was with my nephew, and he did'nt wanna go cus it looked kinda scary, and I was with my dad,and he did'nt wanna go that much either, and I told him to wait outside for me,and he said he did'nt wanna wait that long.(it was 1 hour wait) so I could'nt go, but do u think this ride is ok for a 6 yr. old?
it depends on how tall he or she is. The bar that comes down across your lap to hold you in may be a problem for a small person. Physically though, I think a 6yr. old could handle it fine.
I think physically the six year-old could handle it fine. It's just that my six-year-old cousin went on this ride and he was very scared. Not so much because of the ride, but because of the Yeti. He was crying afterwards. But your nephew may be able to handle considering that my cousin is a little scaredy cat.
awsome ride

This ride was amazing! We rode it once using the standby line, then got fastpasses and rode it again later.

When I went on this ride, I felt unsure about waiting in the 80 minute line, but the wait turned out to be only 20 minutes! AMAZING!

I felt so spoiled, cause the wait line was 110 minutes and our fastpass brought us to the boarding spot in 5!
Anyway, this ride is awesome! The entire waiting queue is cool too.

I would have to say the very back is the best on EE. You get more speed

the first part of the ride seems pretty boring
airbryant2408 5 years ago
What do you mean boring? It's suspenseful. That's the greatest point in the ride.
DBro222 4 years ago
Yeah right! The first part is just warms you up to the climax. It's really cool if you go on it.
