very good emphasis about penetration into
strong winds...all my flying has been in
very calm or no wind as I & instructor
am concerned about wind-generated complications upon landing, e.g., locating wind sock & its direction in
time, overcoming close-to-ground only
turbulence, etc. (I have only Hang One
rating so far.)
