They had a really good concept at first; patient being operated on, but cannot move due to the drugs and are fully awake and the doctors knows it - then...it got stupid to me. With the zombies, or whatever those things were at the end and this cheap-ass trailer.

That's right. We get up at 5 AM every morning to slave our asses off at the surgical ward, lap cholecystectomy after lap cholecystectomy, just so that we can torment patients. Most surgeries are minimally invasive anyway, the patient would probably get way more of a kick out of seeing their gall bladder being removed on the screen than we do, time after time after time all day long.

The trailer seems to be the same concept as a film called 'Autopsy'. Where a woman has an accident, and before the REAL ambulance service can get there, some strange ambulance comes, and their friends, (allowed) follow it to the hospital, and the doctors torture them and shit, it's terrible.
