This is a tough one. Both are night heros, but Batman has a sidekick, but then again if Elecktra was there... One on one, (sorry to all DareDevil fans but) Batman, only because he has more weapons. If weapons were taken away then DareDevil. There are so many factors to take in.
It has been done before in a crossover written... i think it was by frank miller... wich happens to write both batman and daredevil. They stalemate. Daredevil was improvising and daring, and batman was able because of that, to outmanouvre Daredevil, still, because of his adaptability, skills, and capacity to improvise, Daredevil was able to keep up with Batman.
@PaidYouOff I own all 513 of Daredevil's comics. I know my Daredevil. Fear doesn't matter. What matter is why Superman is afraid of Batman's abilities. Whether Daredevil is scared or not, he can't beat Batman in a fight.
DD would be be beating the shit out of Batman until some how DDs weakness was exposed allowing Batman to flee to the batcave. After some research batman develops a device to mess with DD senses long enough to take advantage of the man without fear and do enough to subdue him.
I'd have to give it to batman, he would just pull up a daredevil blower upper bomb from his belt.(yes, this comment was made to imply that batman has everything in that belt)
in essence batman is bob kane´s masked detective, while murdock is a suicidal acrobat with heightened senses. it´s obvious who would win in a close range fight!!!
they made a cross over in the 90's, it was a heck of a fight. It was a stand still but at the end bats figured out not just who daredevil was but he had heightened senses. He used hyper sonics to mess with his radar sense. Oh and batman was able to sneak up on him. it says in the comic that he is that good. Daredevil does not notice him until he actually throws a punch.
@superbat45 My favorite part was when bats threw 4 batarangs at DD. DD caught them and said so you like to play catch. Bats immediately kicks him in the face and says dangerous game it keeps your hands full. LOL Bats for the win.
i think in a straight up fight DD has the edge coz hes a lil bit faster but Bats has his gadgets so that gives him a massive edge so id prob pick Batman even though i like DD better
honestly id rather see Batman vs Captain America and DareDevil vs Nightwing

@Venom1843 Batman would beat Daredevil without any weapons, he's stronger faster smarter and more skilled than Daredevil is.
Daredevil vs Nightwing would be a better fight but Bats would wreck both of them.

as far as i know there is a DD vs batman comic but i'm not sure what happened.
dough i'd count on daredevil....he's also smart and considering his powers and fighting skills,he should beat batman.
then again i think they're gonna stop in the middle of the battle and team up ^^
