  • lol...that doll looks like troy polumolu

  • that doll has been haunting me for years

    I HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT

  • omg I still remember the doll :(

  • In the short story, Richard Matheson described the doll as having a look that was "maniacally fierce". I think the producers found the perfect doll for that description. The angry look on the doll's face still frightens me!

  • Great novies!! Does anyone remember, a short made for tv hooror film where a werewolf helps the town people kill the vanpires, and in the end, just as the head vanpire is about to reveal his identity, the man turns into a werewolf and as he kills the vamnpire, he explains he needsa the town people to be his own victoms. Its been years since I saw this, so forgive the faulty memory.

  • note to self : never bully a doll or call them ugly

ever since then, i been having hard time finding this movie cause i didn't know the name of it. but finally found it

    thanks for uploading

  • the sound and picture was exellent

  • I was 6 when I saw this in '75. Scared the living shit out of me.

  • Ive been looking for this everywhere!!!1

  • oh shit that bitch is asking for it like on Dead Silence when the 2 got that fucking doll.

  • This premiered on ABC when I was in junior high. I was thirteen. At the time,it was quite something and got mentioned a lot in school the next few days. I didn't see it again until I found it on UTUBE a few years ago. Karen Black was a star of sorts in the 70s,actually nominated for an Oscar. I used to think she was super hot and still do today.

  • You would think that chain would be more secure than that! Sheesh.

  • Thank god they don't have rotary phones like that anymore. You'll be dialing 9-11 for like 3 hours while you are being killed to pieces by some sicko doll.

  • Her conversation with her mother reminds me of me and my mother. Where can I buy a Zuni fetish doll?

  • She needs to send that doll to her mother.

  • flavor flav on that ass!

  • 6 people are scared of the doll

  • i was scared of this movie..now I just laugh at it :)

  • At 1:45, I didnt know LiL Wayne was in this film.

  • @jonquil4000 LOL, I know...that was gonna be my comment , until i seen yours, lol.

  • Okay...who didn't keep the lights on the 2nd time they watched this on TV when they where a kid in the 70's.

  • @MrVeesworld LoL, I was definitely affected by this movie as a child. It's funny watching now.

  • Ah... I'm in love. :)

  • giving someone an evil doll for a Birthday gift, how thoughtful

  • Part 1 the everlasting phone call! She is as bad as my wife.

  • Am I the only one who thinks this is tommy wiseau getting his revenge on lisa?

  • I accidentally saw parts of this movie when I was 7 (Dad & step mother were watching it). It traumatized me for the better part of 25 years! Watching it now to see if it has the same effect....

  • honestly after hearing the woman argue over nothing for the first bit i was rooting for the little guy : I

  • im 11 and this stuff is scary

  • this movie traumatized me several years of my life..

  • @anormalnick Me too!! I actually am just watching it to prove that I'm over it. Maybe this isn't my best decision ever.... ;-)

  • @Oonaable Sorry, Im from toher country..I dont understand you at all..

Did you say that you watched this movie nowadays and still scaring you? Or the opposite thing..

  • @anormalnick

Yeah, me too. That and Ghost story, Circle of fear, the movie where they dug up the wooden rocking horse. Others like Kill doser and Duel left indelible impressions.

  • I love how the mother's number is 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. :-)

  • @chewbacca4me GOOD OBSERVATION. The number she dials for her mother is TOTALLY different at the end as well.

  • Respond to this video... Has anyone noticed how the facial expression on the doll changes everytime you see it before it comes to life? In one scene it is a snarl, and the next the mouth is open and the jaw is not in a snarl.

  • @chewbacca4me I think Arthur's number is the exact same weirdly. :-s

  • @GlenyD I guess Arthur and her mother must live together. ;-) This movie is full of fun little technical & editing goofs. I also love how at the end of the movie where the Zuni Doll is chomped down on her neck, they show her in the kitchen screaming BUT her mouth isn't even open. It's a quick scene but hilarious if you catch it:-)

  • @chewbacca4me apparently so is her boyfriend's.lol

  • This movie scared the living shit out of me when i was 14 yeard old. And now im 24 years old and this movie still scares the living shit out of me. That doll look scary ass fuck.

  • Damn Karen Black was HOT

  • Muy buena pelicula de terror en los dias de mi infancia.... como olvidar al pinche canibalito...

  • why does it say its story 3 when it just started?

  • @FeastOnBrains it was the 3rd story in a series of three, cleverly called: Trilogy of Terror. This was considered the best of the 3.

  • @LordMcmontegue haha thanks.

  • @FeastOnBrains This is the third and final story in the entire trilogy - however I don't know why the first two were not put on here - they were awesome too - however I do agree that this story is better than the other ones . I've seen this so many times - it never gets old ♥

  • 7:47 --- she sounds like yoko ono

  • Edit 5:37 " should this chain be removed this doll will come to life, get tattoos all over his body, get some gold fronts and go by the name of Lil Wayne?"

  • @wirehoncho dude that is soooo true, LMFAO

  • @wirehoncho lol

  • lol she dials the same number over and over at 7:30

  • Troy Polomalu

  • classic ~ whatever happened to karen black?

  • This movie scared the poopoo out of me. Left a pretty good scar in my little bwain,

  • 6 people are scared of this doll--who wouldn't be though, right?

  • This is for my baby brother...happy birthday.

  • The girl is fantastic. Fine body!

  • I remember watching this on the ABC Tuesday night movie of the week when i was a kid and this movie scared the shit out of me. My older sister laughed through the whole thing. Brings back fond memories though, TV was really entertaining back then all you see on TV nowadys is ridiculous scripted reality shows and i turn to channel 7 WABC and i see "Wipeout" and "Who wants to be an idiot" and i say WOW gone are the days of Laverne & Shirley, Happy Days & Starsky & Hutch... Thanks for posting!

  • The SCARIEST MOVIE, I have ever watched in my lifetime. Karen is OUTSTANDING in Story Three; Amelia and KUDOS to her, the late director, Dan Curtis ( August 12, 1927 - March 27, 2006 ) ~ R.I.P., Richard Matheson's screenplay, story based on his Short Story " Prey " and William F. Nolan's teleplay and Matheson's writing on Story One: Julie & Story Three: Millicent & Therese. 10/10

  • Do I really want to see this again? As a child, I imagined my model airplanes protecting me, swooping down from their lines on the ceiling to strafe the doll into oblivion. Now the model planes are gone. Will my cat help me?

  • this and "Don't be Afraid of the dark are the two of best made for t.v. horror movies ever produced in 70's (i my opinion) for those of us who saw these during 70's and early 80's (probably during weekday afternoon matinees) these were more then just scary movies they were more like generational moments...also forgot to mention Salem's Lot which was also kick ass scary t.v. stuff

  • this made me flip the fuck out as a child.

  • The doll never scared me. But this is a decent horror film.

  • WOW it has scared the shit out of me

  • This damn film had me leaping for the bed from 10 feet away for 7 months after seeing this!

  • i want that doll .......lol

wtf em i saying so it can stabe me and bite my LOL

  • This damn doll still scares the shit out of me! I was 2 when this came out, but I didn't see it until I was probably a teenager.

  • to quote lou reed: "everybody want ta kill der mother"

  • " I'M NOT YELLING! "

  • is only the old time movies really the only ones that scares you? i havent watch the video yet but i hear its kinda creepy....let me know :O and we need more recent horror movies not ones with wana-be hockey players that kills for his mom because they go swimming in a pretty lake o' death...only good recent one is Nightmare on Elms Street...all who agree say "aye" or w/e comes to ya first ^_^

  • @swellowlv38 dude, I'm a huge Jackie Earle Haley fan, but the A Nightmare on Elm Street remake sucked big floppy donkey balls. no way around it bro, Jackie was just menacing as Freddy. The rest of the cast was terrible as well. Two thumbs down.

  • didnt say the remake was the best thing in the century im talking about the old stuff before the gay remakes

  • Brilliant viewing. This was one of the best short horrors I have seen for a long time.

  • That doll makes Chucky look like a pretty boy LOL

  • I watched this when I was a kid and that "Yi Yi Yi!!!!" screaming and them damn teeth still give me the creeps!

  • thanks for post this video! =D I was searching it for a long time! :D

  • 'Couldn't we celebrate your birthday tomorrow night?"

Fuck you bitch, I'll just find some other pussy that isn't still attached to the umbilical cord

  • That daughter has some serious issues, too

  • Totally classic! A beautiful young woman who has succeeded in business is missed by her overbearing mother! She also feels guilty that she may not be acting "like a good daughter." She blundered when she practically told her mother that she was going to spend the night... evening with Arthur. I felt it would have been Amelia's first time.

  • This show and the tv movie don't be afraid of the dark gave me nightmares for 20 years.

  • @DarthKreeg - This crap was comical. "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark," on the other hand, scared the shit out of me when I first saw it.

  • @Hoopermazing haha same here. The first horror movie I ever watched. I love it to this day.

  • @Hoopermazing .personally this rattled me pretty good as seven or eight yr old at the time..ESPECIALLY the ending (probably the scariest part of the whole movie) but yeah i agree with you i give Don't be Afraid of the Dark a slight edge over this ..because it was just plain creepy from beginning to end and the creatures were the true stuff of kids nightmares..unforgettable movie and ending

  • @vardiss22 For me, the frightfulness of this vignette from "Trilogy of Terror" was highly mitigated by the, then, odd sensation brought on by the sight of young Karen Black.

  • @Hoopermazing LOL...yeah i know what you mean....i remember watching her in Burnt Offerings"...were she went skippy dipping in the pool ...it was only a long side shot but as a pre teen kid ...yeah that stayed with me lol

  • This scared the shit out of me when I first watched it and to be truthful,it still does, lol!

  • Wow I remembered this movie. It scared me, but I laughed at the same time. I love the dolls attack sounds. Ay ya ya ya ya ya ya yaaaaahhhh! I remembered my friends and I at my elementary school would react this movie. Sort of like tag except the person who was "It" would make the same time as the doll on this movie when we are being chased. Ah. . . . good times. Thank you for the post.

  • Thanks for posting! I watched this when it first aired on tv, I was 10 years old and my mom warned me that it would scare me. Well, mother knows best and I had nightmares for weeks!

  • creepy0_o

  • I saw this as a kid and I just laughed through it.

  • why do horror movies these days suck so bad? the movies from back in the day are far better. Special effects are no substitute for good acting! Sure there are good movies here and there, such as Hostel and saw, but most of the time, new horror movies don't live up to my standards.

  • Even for that time this flick was scarey because it was believable. No extraordinary special effects. Just a bad spirit in a ugly doll and a weak woman. Thats your imagaination working man! Its still creepy

  • @Klarksen, You've got that right. W-a-y too believable and scary even for that day and time. Once was more than enough for me.

  • I had so many nightmares when I was a lil girl because of that creepy doll!!!

best bizarre movie ever! love it.

  • I saw it when it aired for the first time in the 1970s, and watched all three stories. The last, Amelia, was the best. Classic network TV.

  • what the hell is thet thing

  • 開始好悶-_____-

  • Yeah, I feel the same way. though, when I was a kid and saw this I felt scared. Now, as an adult, Karen Black is merely obnoxious and I find myself rooting for the doll biggy time!

  • I was 12 years in 1975. I still remember this show....gave me goose bump...never wanted to look under the coach!!!! fun memories

  • She needs to send that little doll back from where it came from.

  • lol i was watching this until i left sume place and it was awsomeeeeeeeee

  • I don't know which is worse, the psycho doll, or her overly possessive controlling manipulative mother.

  • oh my god its lil wayne!

  • my cousin told me about this movie, back in 88, and i finally found it...

  • That is one freaky ass doll.

  • This was the story everyone remembered from "Trilogy of Terror". Everyone was talking about it, the next day.

  • 3:40 ahh! that's why phones piss me off!

  • i watched this movie on wxon channel 20 in detroit in the early 80s it waz the movie of the week,,,,there waz no cable back then so movies like this waz so great !!,,,

  • this movie is a trip!

  • I ve seen the doll at universal studios Its really creepy looking. Oh and by the way the chain is on it. whew!!!!

  • Me too. I saw it and thought that it was the coolest thing.

  • That doll's still there? I remember seeing it in a room with a bunch of Night Gallery paintings back in the 70's. That was the coolest and creepiest room I've ever been in.

  • is this a real story or just a fantasy movie i mean the doll if that golden thing falls your death esplane me please

  • its real. someone sent me one of those things in the mail one time. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

....where can i get me one of those dolls :)

  • eBay. Ha, I almost got one for $65, but I don't have enough at the moment.

  • I just got one of the dolls. Get it off Amazon. I got it for only $45.00. It's worth it they look Identicle

  • @TheWolfbros Is it real :$ ? is it alive ?

  • @TheWolfbros why would you want one of those dolls in the frist place.

  • @TheWolfbros

    Oooo, I want one!

  • Respond to this video...i would b totally paranoid if i had that thing n my room lol.

  • anyways it awesome to hehehe

  • That lady's mom has issues.

  • @rubinoos1 Seriously. Her mom is a righteous bitch! LOL

  • @ktyqueen - I would replace "righteous" with "overbearing full-on super."

  • I was 11 y.o. when I saw it with my whole family, we always remembered it, We even told my kids about how scary this was, they just saw it and think their dad is a wimp. The worst thing is it still scared me and I am in my 40's. Good to see it anyway.

  • No, the doll doesn't have a mouth full of chewing tobacco.

  • That is one of the funniest comments i have read in a long time.

Thank you i needed a good laugh.

  • ohhhhhh, no you di'nt!!!!

  • Karen Black is HOT.

  • terrificante questo episodio ero bambino quando l'ho visto e non ho dormito per due mesi

  • i like when it runs.

  • LOL sounds like she's talking to my mother.

  • this is before i watched it and my teacher told me about it so im watcjing it now

  • ACCCEEEE, I am just about to watch this and commenting beforehand, I have seen buckets of horror movies, my mum and dad always told me this scared the shit out of them, lets seeeeee.... (shit i hope i aint dissapointed)

  • LOL! HER MOM'S NUMBER IS 222-2222!

  • this movies the ish yall, loved it from the first time i saw it.

  • I been wondering since I was a kid... What the heck is the name of that doll?

  • Zuni Fetish Doll

  • Brilliant! Scared me to death as a kid. And I wound up my friend at school by insisting it was called 'Trigiology of Terror'. For months.

  • Hey back then this movie was scary . Have you ever heard of"The Legend of Lizzy Borden" or "Ghost Story" or "The Changeling" starring George C. Scott watch them if you haven't. Good old fashioned scary movies.
