in my opinion, dco can't even drift, the so called 'drifting' is that your car spin in the just spin in the same position. in rco, the drifting let you feels you're really drifting (i know the drifting in rco is unrealistic, but at least better than dco).

Anyways, for the sake of the arguement. RayCity is underlooked compared to Drift City. I've played Drift City, the cars are the only thing which are cel shaded, everything else is cheap and fake. The town gets boring upon completion and Boss HUV's are flawed. RayCity mechanics make use of the MMO time.
