This is my second day drinking Yerba Mate and it makes me think..."WHERE HAS MATE BEEN ALL MY LIFE??!" I admit that my inicial sip was very strong and I almost spit it out but after my second helping I started to notice the ENERGY effects it does have. I was like "wow" this shit is good! I drank mate all day yesterday and today. Besides all those health benefits it has such as vitamins and antioxidants this Yerba Mate is the "BOMB!" You should all try it, seriuosly.
