I'm saying for the most part, shonen is shonen. People say "OMG BLEACH COPIED DBZ BECAUSE IT HAD THAT FIGHT", when mostly it's because that part of a fight is a certain shonen trope that has been shown for generations.

This theme song alone fills me with nostalgia. It might sound corny since I was from the Philippines where we didn't own TV. I was 7 or 8, then. When I knew it was time they broadcast this anime, I would run to my friend's house to watch it with them. Along with Hunter X Hunter, Gundam Wing, Lupin The III, Mojacko and Doraemon. This anime however, is my all time favorite when it comes to classic. And even today, I consider this anime a treasure from my childhood.

the orignial animes like yu yu hakusho, dbz(even though im not really a fan), sailor moon, gundam wing, zoids, and so on are much better than the stuff of today and that means naruto.
