The only time they might kill off a protagonist of a show or movie, is if its the end. And, Damon, Elena, and Stefan are the shows protagonists. So theres nothing to worry about Ian. Plus this show really doesn't like killing off any characters, let alone the main ones lol. Jenna was the weakest link, unfortunately, cause she was my favorite girl in the show. :P
