What's wrong with using a macro for TV missile? It's a really good tool, and still requires a huge amount of practice to master.

If you're not using macro's then congrats

For those who are wondering how he is so accurate with the Tv missile, all you need is a macro to left click repeatedly until you stop it.

It basically gives a fluid like motion to the missile, similar to that in 2142
