That woman was no saint, what she did was wrong. But, that bus driver overreacted, he should've contacted his base and called the cops...It's a felony if you assault a bus driver, and you can get hit with 7 years, at best he might lose his job...The MTA says what he did was wrong but his union is apparently backing him up...
No matter how you slice it, the MTA is full of assholes, from Walder all the way down to bus drivers...some bus drivers are decent people, but many are rude and nasty...

most buses and trains here in Massachussets, have now security cameras so they want to make sure nobody gets hurt, robbed, or assulted by these mbta officials.
