I'm going to Jaipur next february, but I can't find in any of the guides I've bought the restaurant you're talking about. Can you give me some indications of where can I find it when i'm there ? Thanks again for your videos, the lousy cook that I am is looking forward to try this recipe :D
I love cooking & watch recipes from youtube.U guys are really innovative and talented. Most of your recipe videos are just excellent and I really appreciate that you guys allow the viewers to put their feedback(whether it is good or bad)for each of your recipe. There are some sites like manjula'skitchen.com or the videos uploaded in youtube by them they even don't allow people to add comment which states some disliking or suggestions. They only keep the good comments posted to their video.LOL :)
Could you please tell us, how to make French fries. Well..........i mean how to make french fries and then how to store it for future purpose. I mean......the kind that is available in the market.
looks delicious! It was so nice to meet both of you at Central Market! Samuel loves onions! Odd question, but do you think goat's milk yogurt would work as well or would it change the flavor too much? great video : )
That looks good. Question: What was it that you said you were going to make to go with it and do you have a video showing how to make that too? If not, will you make a tutorial, please?
Ladies i hope you are not thinking you will save calories with using oil vrs butter. They are exactly the same 9 calories per gram. So don't be cheap just use ghee, and refined oils are bad for you(rancidity and free radicals are in most refined oils because it's heated to remove the flavors).. Hope that fixes your worries. Outside of that nice recipe.
Hey Girls...thanks a lot for such a wonderful recipe! I too have been to Chokhi Dhaani many times and whenever I visit India, I make it a point to visit Chokhi Dhaani too... :)
Please share some more recipes from the Rajasthani cuisine like cashewnut curry, baatis, garlic chutney, etc. Love all your videos...keep rocking!!
@WaterGirl49 : Asafoetida is a spice that is used in a lot of Indian cooking. It has a a very strong pungent smell (odor)! It is available at Indian Grocery Stores and a little goes a long way. It is basically a digestive aid. You can skip it if you do not have it available.

@Scootermagoo I think they're aware abt that. It's never a matter of calorie - its the saturated fat content.
