She was illegally preventing their right to free speech AND she did indeed assault them by touching them repeatedly against their wishes.
One has no right to prevent a permitted protest but one has the right to ignore it or to counter it with one's own permitted protest in a non-violent matter.

Keep in mind that there are different types of pro-choicers.
For example, I would say a woman should be allowed to abort but:
-12 weeks along is too late IMO
-unless raped, there was a medical emergency, deceived by a reproduction abuser, etc. - shame on the woman for using abortion to cover up her mistake (but she should be allowed to abort if she wants to abort)
I know pro-choicers who would disagree with one or both of these sentiments. To each his/her own.
The woman in this video is crazy, but the two men aren't any better. She gets mad and walks towards them, they get her license plate for all of the internet to see. She gets mad and walks away, they follow her. To me that is clearly provocation. I couldn't hear all of what was said, the audio sucked, and I couldn't see what was on the sign. She might have been some what justified in her response. And I didn't see any violence, just a good view of the ground.

The only time physical contact is justified is in cases of self defense or defense of another.

Even though I am pro-choice, I have to say that the woman had no right to touch the protestors or to prevent them from holding up their signs, no matter how graphic the signs were. She was illegally preventing their right to free speech AND she did indeed assault them by touching them repeatedly against their wishes.
One has no right to prevent a permitted protest but one has the right to ignore it or to counter it with one's own permitted protest in a non-violent matter.

Here is how I see it:
In this particular case, I did not see you or your colleagues harassing any woman directly. Even if you guys did harass someone directly, the woman who attacked you guys should have called the police on you for harassment (unless you guys were physically attacking someone and she tried to defend that person, but that was not case). The other pro-choicer's reasoning is flawed. Protesting is not assault :/

Keep in mind that there are different types of pro-choicers.
For example, I would say a woman should be allowed to abort but:
-12 weeks along is too late IMO
-unless raped, there was a medical emergency, deceived by a reproduction abuser, etc. - shame on the woman for using abortion to cover up her mistake (but she should be allowed to abort if she wants to abort)
I know pro-choicers who would disagree with one or both of these sentiments. To each his/her own.

The woman in this video is crazy, but the two men aren't any better. She gets mad and walks towards them, they get her license plate for all of the internet to see. She gets mad and walks away, they follow her. To me that is clearly provocation. I couldn't hear all of what was said, the audio sucked, and I couldn't see what was on the sign. She might have been some what justified in her response. And I didn't see any violence, just a good view of the ground.

The only time physical contact is justified is in cases of self defense or defense of another.

No one here deserves defending for what transpired in the video. I'm not saying that the lady was right for what she did, but I am trying to think about what I would do in her position. I doubt anyone here could keep their cool if someone provoked them enough about something you feel strongly about.
