Thanks for your info on salt but don't you think it is about time to add some real facts to the story?
Refined salt is the enemy. If people ate REAL Salt un-refined they would use less since it is saltier and has Minerals in it.
Refined salt is so Refined it is basic Sodium with almost no Clor.
Hi Blood Pressure is almost alway a Kidney caused problem. There are many Herbal Prod which may help clean the kidneys.
