okay so i have a few coments:

i love this luigi. possibly my favorite.

things that need work:

needs to be able to build more damage and super bar meter

maybe he can use thunder as a super and special move.

maybe mario can light him on fire and he rushes across the screen-thats a good super move (and funny one, too)

over all though, great character :D
