absolutely. the wings blew by columbus, didnt have much trouble with Chicago, but played horrible in games 3, 4 6 and 7 vs pittsburgh. This series was a nail biter right to the end. i didnt even know if the wings would win. one of the best teams at the time against one of the best upstart underdog teams i've ever seen. a classic series (though i think "underdog" is a bit of an understatement because they were out of the playoff standings most of that season and ended up beating No.1 San Jose)

There is no controversy whatsoever. The puck was never covered so Hiller has no argument. Had the puck been covered, the whistle would've blown and play would've stopped. But it wasn't covered.. and since it was already behind Hiller to begin with, pushing his pad (if that's what happened - I'm not sure I even buy into that) isn't goaltender interference in the slightest because it doesn't inhibit his ability to stop said puck.

I was there and teh DUcks got away with a bunch of BS all night Pronger should've been in that penalty box about ten times. The ducks got lucky on that one goal they didn't do anythign a broken stick bumped it in.
