@Annaconda1984 this person was using emotions as a device to get into things beyond them - for example - a need to control, to experience death, spiritual experiences and as tool to release angers

he was taking his frustrations out and had constant feelings of not being good enough - which he expressed through being overly critical and mentally/emotionally unstable

yeah, it got to me

it was a trauma for me with a man like that, and against my wish

i want a love and rsp with a person that loves himself so that he will not make his partner (myself) feel worthless, as this person did

had he not made me feel worthless i would not behave as a person who carries worthless feelings

and no - i did not do anything to make him feel bad - i tried my best to give confidence etc - but at the end it was me on the cross with wounds bleeding

and i am human, not jesus christ - i'm incapable of what christ was

if you have been assulted, abused, misused - don't blame yourself

see the nearest rape/assult center - get the help you need
