@lylix123 My problem turned out to be a video I converted using FREEMAKEVIDEOCONVERTER which I left on my desktop. Once I deleted it, everything was fine.

@ErrorrPerfect Instead I carried on researching the problem and found that it was an issue with my video codecs (Specifically the K-Lite Codec Pack). I unistalled the pack and the error went away. Reinstalled it and it didn't return. Problem FIXED.

This video again is HIDING the issue.

@nostalgic64 Yes. Though like I said, my issue was was a faulty install of the K-Lite Codec Pack. I uninstalled, redownloaded and installed the latest version and it worked fine ever since.

When I got this error id have to open task manager and end the COM Surrogate process because it would max out my cores for some reason and give me blue screen... I really hope this works because ive tried everything else i could find.. theres not much on the subject.. thanks brother. subbed
